Oh Hello! Strawberry Coferment

"Oh Hello!" is created with coffee drinkers new to specialty coffee in mind, featuring striking fruitiness and sweetness that will leave you amazed at what flavors can be found in a simple cup of coffee. 

Edinson Argote and Quebraditas Coffee Farm of Huila, Colombia are quickly making a name for themselves in the world of coffee. They have ample representation in Coffee Champs awards, from Brewer's Cup to the Barista Championship. Their approach is science driven with a focus on sustainability.

The Caturra cherries are hand-picked and meticulously sorted to ensure a minimum of 90% ripeness. The picked cherries are then floated to separate dense, high-quality beans from less dense ones, and to remove any remaining bacteria. The selected cherries are stored in plastic drums for 24 hours. Following this, the cherries are dry depulped and undergo a co-fermentation process with external strawberry yeast.
